Crappy company that won't return any emails or calls, and live chat is never available. Oh, and you won't receive your merchandise either. Order from reputable Lillian Vernon instead. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would not have given them any stars in my rating, but I had to in order to submit this review.
Please do not waste your time. I placed an order, received an email from personal creations that notified me that my order shipped. When i did not receive it, i went to to their website and it stated a delivery date. It was past the delivery date and called them to inquire about my order. They told me they did not know where i got the information about my ordering shipping. When i told them i had a email from them that stated my order had shipped. The person told me in a nasty tone, that was not true and then told me she cancelled my order

Got this cross for my. granddaughter's Baptism. It is bigger than I thought it was, but that is not a problem, it looks great, Can't wait until Sunday to give it to her. Another great job by Personal Creations!!!

Purchased a personalized wedding gift & they loved it!!
I purchased an item a few yrs ago. (Stepping stone heart with name) for my husbands memorial garden . I Purchased 5 (all my grandchildren) I take them in in September. No one steps on them. I had one that the paint peeled off and could not read name I had to purchase a new one. I feel I should have received a discount because the money paid and the care given It should have lasted. And now worried about the other 4 ????♀️.
Been a customer for years, and have always been so happy with your services, except a canvas picture I ordered was cancelled and I did not found out until afterwards.
Very nice plaque. Unfortunately, because there is only one font offered, not all the personalization is as legible as I would have liked.
This is at least the third item I’ve recently ordered because I’ve had great outcomes but this one was not good. My order said it would be here by March 30th and on April 7th I called to find out where it was (because it is a gift for my dear friend who found out she has ovarian cancer). The gentlemen I talked to at customer service was very polite and told me the item I ordered was noted to have been damaged at the UPS depot. Not sure who’s fault that is to inform the customer of the delay or have the chance to reorder but the communication needs to improve. I now have a new confirmation number and delivery date so hopefully it goes well.
